One of my personal training clients was considering a colon cleanse home, and she approached me with some questions. Years ago, she had a colonic irrigation, which was expensive and very invasive. I explained the many exciting benefits of colon cleansing, and made aware of what you could expect to experience.
1) Plan to be near a bathroom
