The body reacts to these toxins through the production of fat cells that act as shock absorbers shield vital organs from these dangerous pathogens.
A: Eliminate processed foods from their natural diet that support yeast overgrowth. Yeast is an inhibitor that slows the digestive process and causes the accumulation of waste. These foods and drinks include alcohol, processed white enriched flour, ice cream, whole cheeses, processed sugars, preservatives and artificial sweeteners.
B: Eliminate hydrogenated oils, trans fats, saturated fatty meats (bacon), raw, partially cooked animal protein. (Examples include sushi, raw oysters, ground beef medium rare.) These raw, partially cooked meats are infested with parasites and bacteria. The meat should be thoroughly cooked to kill parasites and their eggs and any bacteria that can cause serious illness or death when eaten. Eat only fully cooked lean meat raw.
C: Eat at least 35 grams of fiber such as bran oak or unsalted raw almonds. Add highly alkaline fruits, vegetables and beverages to your diet that raises the PH level of organs to an aerobic state. This high level of oxygen helps to eliminate toxins at the cellular level to create an environment in which pathogens can survive. Fruits and raw vegetables have enzymes that aid in nutrient absorption in the colon and aid in digestion elimination of toxins. Cooking these fruits and vegetables destroy the speed of digestion enzymes leading to the accumulation of toxic substances.
D: You must drink plenty of water every day. In order to hydrate properly, you should drink half your body weight in ounces daily. That means that for a person of 300 pounds, your daily water intake should be 150 ounces. If the resources and finances allow, invest in a machine that produces alkaline water ionized water-rich minerals with pH ranges from 7.5 to 9.5. Rich alkaline water is more effective than tap water quality standard of a steel brush washing liquid toxins through the body at the cellular level by giving it a more powerful cleaning.
E: Start an exercise program that uses aerobic fitness to increase blood flow which helps in weight loss process. You may want to add some resistance training routine to help stimulate muscle growth, increase metabolism and improve your resting heart rate.
