2) The sugars and fats are not the dietary fiber, which is critical for the elimination of food in the colon.
Consequently, if a person’s diet is low in fiber, it is likely that a large accumulation of digested food accumulating in the colon. This buildup can add up to 10-15 pounds of unwanted weight!
Are we getting enough fiber?
Probably not. The average person has 10-15 grams of fiber a day. We need 25-35 grams of fiber for efficient waste disposal.
The solution?
If you guessed colon cleansing, you’re right on the money! Colon cleansing helps eliminate the impact of waste on the walls of the small intestine. The deletion of these stools can be affected in a weight loss of 10 pounds or more!
Of course, you lose weight is not body fat. However, individuals report dramatic increases in levels of vitality and energy after a colon cleanse. The end result of colon cleansing and weight loss is much better in a swimsuit!
