Colon Cleanse

One of my personal training clients asked me if I believed in a colon cleansing scam. Many of my clients has been bombarded with sensational claims made by two different manufacturers of cleaning products, and they wanted to know the facts. So I took upon me to investigate the various products in order to determine whether the claims were valid glorious.

So, what are some of the claims?

The claims range from relieving constipation, preventing colon cancer, and all points in between. Many people have reported weight loss of 10-15 pounds in 7-10 days!

It is important to understand that weight loss is the result of cleaning the feces impacted in the colon wall, not a loss of body fat.

However, weight loss, as well! Virtually all individuals who report a dramatic increase in energy levels and vitality in general. Many report improved quality and duration of sleep.

The increase of energy can be attributed to several factors. First, wasting significant amounts from the waste that has literally been the obstruction of the colon needs to improve energy and vitality.

Second, the elimination of this matter affected significantly improves the function of the colon in terms of absorption of nutrients from the diet. We got to really benefit from the food we eat.

So why the claims of a scam colon cleansing?

Probably because there is very little research to confirm or deny, benefits of colon cleansing. In particular, methods of initiation of colon cleansing compared with a colonic irrigation.

The relative lack of research is surprising given the strong interest in colon health. Most of the benefits which consumers hear about the case studies submitted by manufacturers.

In conclusion, do not believe in colon cleansing scam. However, consumers should be aware that the results of a colon cleansing differs from person to person.
