<p>This fabulous fruit is loaded with nutrients such as iron, fiber, beta carotene, and vitamins C and B. Drying an apricot simply concentrates the nutrients, making this a terrific snack.</p>
<p>Apricots, whether fresh or dried, will help fight effects caused by aging. They also help to fight cancer, protect your heart, and protect your vision, as well.</p>
<p>Cancer<br />
Lycopene is a terrific cancer fighter. However, it is mostly available through tomato products, which give some people indigestion. Apricots can be the answer to this problem. The dried apricots, especially, are a great source of this cartenoid. Lycopene helps to prevent several kinds of cancers, including breast cancer and prostate cancer. Of course, you have to eat about 30 dried apricots to get the same lycopene as one tomato, but as a snack that you eat throughout the day, you’ll boost your lycopene more than you would think.</p>

<p>Sainsbury’s in my opinion is a great store, they generally offer good quality items and although the prices seem steeper than other stores they have some offer worth picking up.</p>
<p>Sainsbury’s logo is distinctively orange and anyone visiting their stores will note the staff are in blue tops, black bottoms and maybe an orange fleece.</p>
<p>But why do I rate Sainsbury’s stores as highly as I do? Firstly, as stated the choice in my home town is very limited. Secondly and most importantly Sainsbury’s offer a wide choice of items. So when you are looking for something to put in your recipe, the first port of call is Sainsbury’s, it’s almost guaranteed they’ll have your item in some shape or form.</p>

<p>The layout of the stores is as most supermarkets, with fresh produce at the start, and bread at the end. The store is light and airy and clean, the staff are friendly.</p>
<p>Their fresh fruit and produce is second to none that I have ever bought: I have bought off the market and had to throw the items away before usage on most occasions, but Sainsbury’s last long enough to enjoy.</p>
