 Six Common Questions About Colon Cleansing

confident woman 277x300 Six Common Questions About Colon CleansingTen years ago, I remember how much I feared the idea of doing a colon cleanse. So much so that I can hardly stand the uncomfortable experience of IBS. (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) still refused to do a colon cleanse. I thought it was a healthy diet, however, still had the terrible disease. Eventually I made my first of several colon cleanse and I am very grateful that I did. If you are on the fence making your first colon cleansing here are just some of the questions I get from people new to the idea of colon cleansing. Hopefully these answers will help you decide if a colon cleanse is right for you.

1. How do I know I have to do a colon cleanse?

If you are an adult eating a typical American diet is in need of a colon cleanse. The more meat, processed foods, fried foods, cheese and dairy products, sugar, soda, alcohol, coffee roasted peanuts and eat more you are in need of a colon cleanse. If your diet is mostly fruits, vegetables, brown rice, lean fish and salads, the less likely you need a regular colon cleansing. It is my opinion that a large majority of Americans over twenty years are in need of regular colon cleansing. Some of the obvious indicators that your body needs a colon cleansing are:

Loss of energy *
* Lack of concentration and poor memory.
* Unexplained Headaches
* Bad breath and foul smelling stool
* Constipation
* Skin problems. Acne, rashes, etc.
* Irritable Bowel Syndrome
* Weight gain
* Prominent belly
* Strong crave sugar or salt.

2. Will I have to be in the bathroom every 15 minutes?

This is a very good question. Since every body is different, you can not give an absolute answer. There is some easy solution for people with this issue. Start the day with the first half of the dose and see how your body responds. Another option is to start in the middle of the day and only half the daily dose the first day. Listen to your body. If that is too small the dose until you are getting the results they are manageable. Also a good idea to start on Saturday to get an idea of whether the cleaning is going to interfere with their work. The idea of cleaning your colon to get rid of excess waste and toxins that your goal should be three to four stools a day for cleaning. It also depends on what they eat during the time of cleaning. Large amounts of alcohol, coffee or sweets, could further increase your system for the use of herbal components of cleaning.

3. What should I eat while colon cleansing?

You do not have to starve. One idea of cleaning is to allow time for the digestive system to heal or repair. The less energy the body expends more energy in digesting it attaches to cells and organs healing. So stay away from foods high in fat, fatty foods, processed foods loaded with chemicals, foods with high sugar or salt content, lots of coffee, cheese and dairy products and alcohol. It’s a good idea to replace the system of good healthy eating nutrient-dense greens or vegetables. Eat more fruits and vegetables, brown rice is excellent for fiber and green salads. Using colon cleansing as an excuse to start some good habits. Eat an apple for a snack in front of a chocolate bar. You should try to avoid red meat. Substitute a smaller amount of fish or lean chicken or turkey (hormone and chemical free, if possible.)

4. What can I expect from my first colon cleansing?

What people say is that they feel lighter. They may lose only two or three actual pounds, but the toxic sludge that was removed from his system. People say I have more energy, fewer colds, his memory has improved, less gas, skin and hair is better, the bad breath is eliminated, outbreaks less expensive and just feel much more alive and less irritable. Some people have reported losing more than 5-10 pounds during a colon cleansing typical two weeks, but most people lose an average of two to five pounds. Most people get a colon cleansing saying, “That was really worth it!”

5. How often do I have to clean.

Most cleaning specialists say you should do a colon cleanse or four times a year with each season. In today’s busy world it is sometimes difficult to do. I applaud our customers are able to do two or three cleanings every twelve months. Although you will experience real results first cleanse your colon of the average person has a ways to go. Remember, the average adult has years of impacted fecal matter clogging your intestinal walls. It is a further layer at a time. It took years to accumulate and will not disappear overnight. You will feel better after each cleaning to do as long as your diet routine cooperates with colon cleansing. A diet occasionally let down is normal, so do not be hard on yourself!

6. Are there any exercises I can do to help my colon cleansing?

This is a good question. Any exercise that helps blood flow begin to move impurities from the body. The exercises that stimulate the lymphatic system, such as running or jumping on a trampoline are especially good. Stretching and yoga exercises are also good. There are a series of exercises that I recommend. He called the five Tibetans and are a series of twenty movements of Hatha Yoga mixed in five years. Their way into the body and seem to rejuvenate and help heal the body. A complete description of the exercises is shown in my website.
