All i do is have three meals a day nothing silly just either boiled egg and piece of toast low fat spread, sandwich usually tuna low fat mayo on whole meal and meat and veg for main meal. I have now dropped down to a size 10 i am just doing hour of excerise a day using works gym 30 mins and walking my dogs. So its a very easy diet to stick too really. So i would recommend adios, just give urself a reasonable target weight loss as on my first week i only dropped 3 pounds, then 4 pounds this week .
