There are two main sources of toxins within the body:
Waste produced in the body as a byproduct of metabolism – the cells absorb nutrients and excrete waste as little microcosm of our bodies themselves.
These toxins must be eliminated from the body, and the correct procedure is to be through one of the three major exit routes: the intestine, urinary tract and lungs.
These exit routes below, are of paramount importance. If any of them are not functioning properly the toxic load in the body will rise. A common problem is a small bum!
The body has a pair of exits’to emergency use if the main exits are blocked or slow, but can push toxins through the skin, mucous membranes and in women, menstrual blood. The lymphatic system will also have to deal with more toxins than usual and can be slow, causing recurrent swelling of the glands. Thus, people whose outputs have become a bottleneck are more prone to skin problems, phlegm and heavy periods. Also get cystitis and other urinary tract infections (UTI) more easily, and feel lethargic and weak as the liver, one of the bodies responsible for energy production, struggles to cope with the toxins recycling.
Kept sparkling clean inside so allowed to file a sleek exterior to the world.
What do I do a bit of internal spring cleaning?
When it comes to lighten the toxic load in the body, is vital to open escape routes first. Many detoxification programs come directly to major changes in diet and cleaning regimes that cause a flow of toxins, without ensuring that these toxins can leave the body. This type of program makes you feel bad, because no possible benefit. All pain, no gain.
First we have to open the exit routes and encourage abundant discharge of toxins in the outside world …
Let’s be nice to all this, though – Detox does not have to be a penance.
Start by drinking 1.5 liters of water every day to remove the urinary tract. You may also like nettle tea to introduce into your daily routine. Nettles have a blood cleansing and beneficial action you feel energized and refreshed. If you really hate tea or want a stronger effect, you can take the nettle (Urtica) tincture, 20 drops twice daily before meals.
Improve your diet by eliminating the obvious junk as takeaways, white flour, white sugar, coffee, fried foods and alcohol. (It is not easy, I know, but you have to cut all alcohol for a while. However, it is worth.)
Start enjoying a breath of fresh air every day. Just one minutes ten o’clock fast around the block, but we must be regular, to get your lymphatic system (which depends on muscle movement) and working your lungs. An hour once a week in a stuffy gym is simply not the same as a daily jog around outside!
If your gut is very tough, start taking Lepicol, or a complex of Frangula, Cascara, Fumaria, Milk Thistle, Urtica dioica and Aloe vera or a mixture of linseed, Frangula and Senna (depending on the degree of stubbornness) to get moving.
A combination of flaxseed, Frangula and Senna, is a strong remedy for a sluggish bowel, and should be taken with caution to begin with, in the case of an excess of enthusiasm tails dose you to the bathroom …
A complex containing Frangula comes in tablet form and is designed to get going if the option bowel softer (Lepicol) does not work. If your gut is already very accommodating, would only have to take the lowest dose. If this is too powerful for you, cut it completely. Not having in mind that if you’re used to going to the bathroom once every two or three days, after two to three bowel movements per day may feel excessive, but it is really ideal, so do not panic.
A complex containing Milk Thistle is a great remedy for overwork, liver hung again, struggling with the toxic burden placed on it daily. Evidence that the liver is not in optimal conditions are bad periods, bad skin, a metallic taste in the mouth, weight gain unfair especially around the abdomen, lethargy, problems with temperature regulation, and anemia. And Milk Thistle, the dye contains dandelion root, Globe Artichoke, Peppermint and Boldo. Pop 15-20 drops in a little water twice daily.
A complex containing Solidago (such as Milk Thistle, a great favorite of Alfred Vogel) is a tonic for the kidneys. If your diet revolves around potatoes fried chocolate, coffee and pop, so you can feel some kidney symptoms such as puffy bags under the eyes in the morning, low back pain, swollen fingers or ankles, weight loss hair and fatigue. You can also get-attack-type symptoms of panic due to dehydration. Twice a day in a little water, 10-15 drops of the tincture will help tone your kidneys.
A complex containing calendula is in the lymphatic system, and often improves adult acne and bad periods in the business. Remember that the lymphatic system works best if you manage to get some kind of physical activity into your day. Take 10-20 drops of tincture twice a day in a little water.
These herbs provide excellent Detox program. Use them along with dietary advice for at least ten days, more if you like. It is especially good for spring and autumn, when the body intends to detox anyway.
